There is a quote about those who fail to plan, plan to fail…. Your goal when selling your home shouldn’t be to sell it as quick as possible. In our current market, homes are already selling quickly. What your goal should be is to get the best offer. To do this, you need a marketing plan. My full marketing plan requires a listing appointment so that I can apply my strategies specifically to your property. If you want to know how I can get you the best offer, let’s talk. Below is a preview of what my marketing involves.
-
Professional Listing Photos
Your property deserves to be shown in the best light. Professional photos and floor plans are the best way to showcase your home and introduce it to your potential buyers.
-
Paid Digital Advertising
Additional to advertising your property on major real estate websites, I also use a 3rd party to create digital ads across social media platforms and on other non-real estate websites.
-
MLS and Major R.E. Websites
Your property will be listed in the MLS and placed on all major real estate websites such as Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, etc.
-
Open Houses
Open houses are still a valuable tool for selling a home. Even with the current buyer demand, Open Houses help ensure all potential buyers have the opportunity to see the property. And they are not just for Sunday’s anymore. Week day evenings and Saturdays have been very successful times for Open Houses.
-
Coming Soon Listings
Coming Soon listings are able to be advertised before they are ready to be shown. This gives us time to schedule pictures and allow you to prepare the home while we build anticipation for your property to hi tthe market.
-
Proper Signage
It all starts with the sign. As basic as it seems, the signage still matters. If an agent tells you otherwise, it’s just because they don’t want to pay to have one installed.
